For Orders and Delivery:

All Retail Orders Must Be Placed Online.
We do not have a retail ‘brick and mortar’ shop so unfortunately cannot accommodate walk-ins.
Our service specializes in delivering to your door, via courier, our trucks (depending where you live).  Pick-up is available at our warehouse, after ordering online.  Times for pick-up are below.

For Deliveries: (M-Sa)
Order by 12 midnight – local orders within 60 miles will be delivered next business day.

Courier deliveries will be packed next business day and then sent for overnight delivery.

For Pick-Up / Will-call: (M-Sa)
Order by 12 midnight – Pick-up next business day:  M-F: 10a-1p, Sat: 9a-11a

Please Note:

Once packed, your order is non-refundable. You will be charged full price.  We cannot be held responsible for orders that sit in our cooler past the scheduled pick-up time.

    • If you are unable to pick-up during will-call hours, your order will sit in our refrigerated cooler until next business day.
    • Kindly Remember: Your order likely has perishable or frozen items in it.  If you do not pick up the day it is ready, frozen items will likely have thawed by next day and fresh items will be a little less fresh.  Everything will still be consumable, but we advise against refreezing items that have thawed.
