Yuzu Kosho

Yuzu Kosho is a unique Japanese paste that’s used as a condiment.  Made from the peel of the aromatic Yuzu citrus, chili peppers and salt.  It is usually accompanied with hot pots and sashimi.  Be creative and try it on anything as its unique and delicious flavor is complimentary with a variety of dishes.
