Aged for 21 days, Lumina New Zealand lamb has a micro-marbling that makes for an incredibly tender and delicious tasting lamb.

Lumina grows a unique breed of sheep, grazed on chicory and selected for its unique fat properties. Grass-fed, free range, hormone free and non-GMO, Lumina Lamb doesn't behave like regular lamb during preparation and cooking, it retains its shape and texture better.
The meat itself is finely marbled and offers excellent health attributes, as well as unrivalled tenderness, texture and taste.
Weight of each leg averages between: 4 - 4.86 lb
