This delicious cream is made with Porcini mushrooms and truffle. To dress risotto, gnocchi, pasta, meat fillets, egg and potato recipes. Also delicious in filling crepes and pastry shells.
This preparation is highly concentrated, we suggest to dilute with some extra virgin olive oil, stock, cream, milk or butter.
Ingredients: Porcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis and related group) 73%, milk, cream, bianchetto truffle (Tuber albidum Pico) 3%, butter, Summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) 2%, onions, carrots, salt, pepper, flavours.
