A full reduction glace made from roasted veal bones, veal meat and roasted vegetables. It is then cooked down for 24 hrs creating a perfectly smooth, concentrated and neutral glace with roast notes.
Use on its own and add a personal finishing touch or use as a sauce base for a range of meat dishes. No roux, thickening agents or salt added.
Defrost and use. Once defrosted, this stock will last for 1 month, unopened, in your refrigerator.
Once opened, stock can last up to 7-10 days. Please check before using as freshness can change depending on how stored.
