Black Truffle Salt

This prized grey sea salt from the Guérande region of Brittany, France is still hand-harvested using wooden tools, in order to preserve its organoleptic characteristic.

With the addition of Tartuflanghe’s unique freeze-dried truffles (Tuber aestivum Vitt.), this extraordinary seasoning adds a punch to all your warm or cold dishes. Fuller flavored than the delicate white truffle salt, it’s excellent on pasta, risotto, eggs, omelettes, meat fillets, BBQ, meat carpaccio, fish tartare, cheese, potatoes, salads, vegetables, sushi and foie gras.
