An absolutely delicious cream made with Porcini mushrooms and truffle. Can mix and dress with risotto, gnocchi, pasta, meat fillets, egg and potato recipes. Also delicious in filling crepes and pastry shells.
Truffle and Porcini cream is concentrated, we suggest diluting with some extra virgin olive oil, stock, cream, milk or butter.
Ingredients: Porcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis) 73%, milk, cream, bianchetto truffle (Tuber albidum Pico) 3%, butter, Summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) 2%, onions, carrots, salt, pepper, flavours.
