Serving Suggestions: Ideal to season all warm dishes (pastas and risottos). Use to create delicious truffle infused sauces. Estimate 1 tsp. per serving. Mix or dilute with oil, butter or cream in a sauce pan. Season to taste and serve over meats, seafood, eggs, potatoes, vegetables, pastas and risottos.
