Ferguson Australia?s Lobster Oil is 100% natural containing no artificial preservatives, colors or flavorings and does not contain any genetically modified ingredients.
The Lobster Oil has an 18 month shelf life. The Lobster Oil is medium to deep ruby gold in color and has a rich roasted lobster aroma that is slightly nutty.
Drizzle over pasta, eggs, shellfish, risottos or fried rice. Use it as a dipping oil with breads or create an aioli for fish & chips. The possibilities are endless!
