How to Handle: Keep frozen. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator on its back, with legs in the air. Consume within 4 days of thawing. Not suitable for refreezing.
    Serving Suggestions:
    • Once thawed, cut the lobster in half, vertically down the center from head to tail. Can eat at room temperature. Enjoy the natural flavor of the lobster meat simply with a squeeze of lemon.
    • Once thawed, slice vertically or remove the tail from the body. Place on a sheet pan and place in a preheated 400F oven for 8-10 minutes or until warm. Do not over cook.
    • Can add to pasta, stir-fry, fried rice or any other favorite lobster recipe. Add at the end of any recipe that requires heat, to warm the meat through. You don't want to cook it longer.
