How to Handle: Keep frozen. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator. Prepare within 2 days of thawing. Not suitable for refreezing.
    Preparation:
    • You can grill, steam, poach or roast like you would any lobster tail.
      • When we prepared one to taste, we were blown away with how delicious this lobster meat is. We simply melted butter in a sauté pan over medium-high heat and added a little white wine. Let the wine simmer for a couple minutes then place lobster on it’s back. Cook for 2 minutes, then turn over for another 5-6 minutes with the lid on. Remove and place on a plate. Spoon over some of the juices from the pan. Serve. So simple and SO delicious!
