Serving Suggestions:
  • Is frozen as raw so must be thawed and cooked.
  • Cook the meat lightly as they are small sized and cook quickly. Can grill, pan-fry or barbeque with olive oil. Then drizzle with lime juice or sprinkle with fresh lemon zest and cracked black pepper.
  • A great addition to risottos, pastas and stir-fry. Add scallops at the very end to lightly cook, so the meat remains tender.
