Manuka-Smoked Salmon Pizza
Ingredients
2 x 3.5 oz of Regal Smoked King Salmon (Manuka Wood)
7 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon of capers
1 tablespoon of fresh dill, or fennel fronds, torn
cracked pepper
sea salt
1x Store bought pizza dough
Flour and Cornmeal for dusting
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 450ºF
- If your store-bought pizza dough is in a ball, turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and using lightly floured hands or a rolling pin, gently flatten the dough into a round 12-inch disc. Lift the edge of the dough up to create a lip around the edges.
- Transfer the dough to a lightly greased pizza pan or pizza stone dusted with cornmeal.
- Spread the toppings and bake for 10-15 minutes or until pizza base is crisp.
