CALIFORNIA LOCK DOWN UPDATE:
Kai Gourmet is an essential business because we sell food. We will remain open during the Los Angeles lock down.
For safe delivery and pickup we will drop packages at your doorstep or give them to you outside of our building.
Ordering and Processing Terms
Please Note: Because all our fresh fish is hand cut, weights will vary per order within half a pound. You will be charged for the actual weight of the cut fish.
Orders received before 12 midnight are processed the next day due to availability of the item. If we are out of the item, you will be notified and an alternative product or delivery time can be determined. Delivery is overnight once the order has been packed and processed.
Shipping & Delivery Terms
Southern California residents:
Greater LA – Free Shipping over for orders over $75.
Rest of Southern California – Free shipping for orders over $125.
$14.95 shipping for orders under those limits. Orders are shipped overnight.
Residents Outside Southern California: Overnight shipping rates will vary according to delivery destination.
Pickup orders will be available the next day between 10am-1pm Mon-Fri and 9am-11am Sat. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be available for pickup Monday. For safe pickup ring bell by the office door on the East Side of the building on Grand Ave. We will come out.
Friends and Family Membership rates:
Southern California residents: $10 shipping for orders under the $75/$125 threshold. Orders are shipped overnight.
Residents Outside Southern California: Overnight shipping rates are discounted with the Friends & Family membership and will vary according to delivery destination.
Due to the quick turnaround of orders, our cancellation policy is determined by how far the order has been processed. These are our guidelines:
– If the order has not started being processed, there is no cancellation fee.
– If the order has been packed, you will be refunded the amount of your order minus a $25 processing fee.
– If the order has shipped, there is no refund. The full amount of the order will be charged.
