This beautiful Uni is sourced from Tasmania and comes from one of Australia's top uni producers. It is mildly sweet with a complex oceanic taste. The roe is large and firm in texture. Because Santa Barbara Uni hasn't been able to produce the quantities they normally do, we've found this supplier that certainly rivals the uni from domestic waters.
The Season is January to August with peak quality April to July.

Defrost and use. Once defrosted, this stock will last for 1 month, unopened, in your refrigerator.
Once opened, stock can last up to 7-10 days. Please check before using as freshness can change depending on how stored.
