Barramundi

Saltwater Barramundi is native to the waters around Australia and Southeast Asia. A member of the Giant perch family of fishes, it is also referred to as perch or Giant perch. Though similar to other firm, white-fleshed fish sea bass, snapper and grouper, this catch has the honor of being considered a 'superfood' due to having more healthy Omega-3s than most of its white-fleshed counterparts!
