Unlike many calamari offerings on the market, this North East Atlantic squid is both wild caught and processed in the USA. It is also certified sustainable by the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC).
Harvested around Rhode Island, each squid is carefully cleaned and flash-frozen to preserve its just-caught freshness. Each 1lb pack contains both the tender tubes and tentacles, selected for their flavor, texture and versatility. The tubes may be left whole for stuffing or grilling; or cut into rings for fried or pan seared dishes, pastas, soups, or seafood salads.
