For Courier Deliveries – 2 day turn around
- Orders placed by midnight Sunday – Wednesday: are packed next day and sent out for overnight delivery.
- Orders placed between Friday – Sunday: are packed Monday and delivered Tuesday.
- No courier deliveries between Saturday – Monday.
For Pick-Up / Will-call: (Mon – Sat)
Order by midnight – Pick-up next business day: M-F: 10a – 1p, Sat: 9a – 11a
*Ring doorbell at Eastern door on Grand Ave. Someone will answer and direct you to the side of building to safely deliver your package.
- If you are unable to pick-up during will-call hours, your order will sit in our refrigerated cooler until next business day. We cannot be held responsible for orders that sit in our cooler past the scheduled pick-up time.
- Kindly Remember: Your order likely has perishable and/or frozen items in it. If you do not pick up the day it is ready, frozen items will likely have thawed by next day and fresh items will be a little less fresh. Everything will still be consumable, but we advise against refreezing items that have thawed.
– If order has not been processed, a full refund will be given.
– If order has been processed but not packed, there is a $50 cancellation fee.
– No refunds for orders that have been packed and processed.
