This special butter is a concentrated blend of cultured butter and 8% truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt). Is excellent in dressing all warm dishes such as pasta, risotto, meats, eggs and potatoes. Tartuflanghe's special process keeps the truffle particles blended evenly throughout the butter.
