Product Care / Preparation
SERVING SUGGESTION:

The flavor of Calvisius' caviar is so pure and clean, as well as low salted (malassol) we believe less fuss is more enjoyment! We suggest bringing the blinis to room temperature or heat them up just slightly. Place a small dollop of creme fraiche on the blini followed by a generous spoonful of Calvisius Caviar on top. Pure enjoyment!

SHELF LIFE:

Unopened: up to 3 months. Look at exp date on the bottom of each tin. Once opened, is best to consume within 24 to 48 hours as off flavors can develop. Can be eaten days later, but like an opened bottle of wine, oxidation will change the fresh flavors from when it was first opened.
