Product Care / Preparation
SERVING SUGGESTION:

The flavor of Calvisius' caviar is so pure and clean, as well as low salted (malassol) we believe less fuss is more enjoyment! We suggest bringing the blinis to room temperature or heat them up just slightly. Place a small dollop of crŠme fraiche (can add some chopped chives to the creme fraiche) and place a small dollop over the blini . Then place a generous scoop of Calvisius Caviar on top. Pure enjoyment!

SHELF LIFE:

Unopened: up to 3 months. Look at exp date on the bottom of each tin. Once opened, is best to consume within 24 to 48 hours as off flavors can develop. Can be eaten days later, but like an opened bottle of wine, oxidation will change the fresh flavors from when it was first opened.
