Octopus Lovers, TAKE NOTE: This is truly some of the finest octopus you'll ever experience! Sourced and produced by Fremantle, it is the rarest species of octopus in the world. We were blown away when we first sampled it. Chefs go mad over it!
Approx 8 - 11 legs per pack. Each leg is the same size within 10g of weight. Ready to eat or chargrill! Slice and serve as sashimi or sushi, or as the star of a Mediterranean salad. Dress with ponzu or olive oil, vinegar and your favorite seasonings.

Fremantle is a vertically integrated fishery that controls all fishing, processing, production, distribution and exports. The tentacles are washed and hand-graded by their product specialists before being naturally tenderized and then cooked sous-vide.
