Sustainably wild-sourced exclusively off Western Australia, Fremantle Octopus dine on an abundance of premium seafood including lobster, abalone, and scallops. This special diet is part of why Fremantle Octopus is love at first bite.
Among its other chef-loved attributes are the quality and uniformity of its legs/tentacles. Each is the same size within 10g of weight. They are washed and hand-graded before being naturally tenderized, then cooked perfectly by sous-vide, which, if you've ever dealt with raw octopus, is immensely helpful!
Ready to eat or chargrill: simply slice and serve as tako sashimi, sushi, or as part of a poke bowl. Or make Fremantle Octopus the star of a Mediterranean salad by dressing with ponzu or olive oil, vinegar and your favorite seasonings.
Each pack contains 8 - 11 tentacles/legs per pack.
