Our Scottish Atlantic salmon is sustainably farm-raised in frigid waters. Due to the cold-water temperatures and strong currents, fish are desirably high in fat content and full of heart healthy omega-3's.
Scottish Salmon provides a milder flavor than other salmon and a luscious, buttery mouth-feel. It's a versatile fish that works beautifully with all cooking methods, whether gilled, broiled, baked, roasted, or pan seared. Also note that this fish is fed a parasite-free diet, making it safe to consume raw as sashimi, sushi or ceviche!
