These boneless Te Mana lamb loins (cap off) are aged for 21 days and have a micro-marbling that makes for an incredibly tender and delicious tasting lamb. Perfect for pan-frying or roasting.
Te Mana grows a unique breed of sheep, grazed on chicory, and selected for its unique fat properties. Grass-fed, free range, hormone free and non-GMO, Te Mana Lamb doesn't behave like regular lamb during preparation and cooking, it retains its shape and texture better.
4 loins per pack. Average loin 5.25 oz - 6.5 oz each. Total pack wt averages 1.25 - 1.70 lb.
