This specialty pasta is the perfect pasta to pair with seafood.  Made from artisanal durum wheat produced by Felicetti and cuttlefish ink added to the pasta before drying.  The pasta has a unique briny flavor with a hint of sea saltiness to it. Shrimp and scallops are a favorite choice when making this popular pasta dish.

Ingredients / Nutritional Facts
ALL NATURAL INGREDIENTS: Durum wheat semolina, natural cuttlefish black ink, salt, fish powder (Atlantic Cod, Pollock, Haddock, Whiting) and Lemon Juice
Product Care / Preparation
Directions: Use 6 quarts of water for every 1 lb of pasta. Bring water to a boil. Add sea salt to taste. Add pasta to boiling water. Stir from time to time for 10 minutes. Drain, reserving about 1/2 - 1 cup of the cooking water. Transfer the pasta to the pan where you have your sauce. Toss vigorously over medium heat until combined. If the pasta looks dry, add a small amount of the cooking water, and toss until it looks moist. Serve immediately. Pasta Cooking time: 10 minutes.
