With the exception of Calvisius Black, which is lightly heat treated, all Calvisius Caviar selections are fresh and not pasteurized. Calvisius Caviar is also certified sustainable by Friend of the Sea and holds BRC and IFS “High Level” certifications.

SERVING SUGGESTION:

The flavor of Calvisius' caviar is so pure and clean, as well as low salted (malassol) we believe less fuss is more enjoyment! We suggest bringing the blinis to room temperature or heat them up just slightly. Place a small dollop of creme fraiche on the blini followed by a generous spoonful of Calvisius Caviar on top. Pure enjoyment!
