Haku Hiramasa is a remarkable New Zealand-farmed yellowtail (kingfish) renowned for its exquisite taste, provenance, and high environmental standards. Though relatively new to the North American market, it has already garnered the favor of prominent chefs around the globe who love its clean, subtly sweet taste, crisp bite, and delicate finish.
Our fresh saku selection is block-cut and ready to be sliced for sashimi, nigiri sushi, and refreshing crudos.
